Environmental Breakthrough in the Printing Industry

Japanese invention, the missing link to eliminating the use of petroleum in the printing industry.

In spite of the Tsunami, four days later, Mr Takei, the inventor of the LB-801, arrived to celebrate the first installation in The Americas at AC Graphics in Miami, Florida.

The printing industry is a major consumer of petroleum in the world. Consumers must demand no petroleum in their printing!

Come and meet the LB-801 system inventor from Japan

Certified Green Partners hosts Wed 16th, Inventor Mr Mitsuro Takey at AC Graphics, the first printer in the Americas to have this system in production.
The LB-801 allows the dampening system to work with plain tap water (NO petroleum, fountain solution or toxic chemicals...) It’s a miracle!
For over 200 hundred years, since the invention of lithography it was necessary to use petroleum, acid and toxic chemicals... With Mr Takey’s invention there is no need of any chemicals, only tap water. His new technology takes plain tap water and changes the molecular structure to imitate the effects of the chemicals. It prints cleaner and better, with less ink, less press powder and eliminates the need to purchase these expensive chemicals.
